Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple, exciting projects? Then we have a position for you!
Major responsibilities
Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants.
Addressing and resolving residents' questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating contracts.
Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices.
Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.
Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records.
Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish
At least three years of experience as an assistant property manager
Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person
Attention to detail
Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines
Organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
Knowledge of regional and national real estate laws and guidelines for rental property
Proficiency with word processing software and other related tools
