Description
This role is excellent for the Controller who is looking for work life balance. This role will not have you working 70 hours a week. This position is onsite, Mon-Fri, with ability to work hybrid 1 day a week. In this role you will assume all the day to day accounting responsibilities for this real estate firm. Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller within real estate is required. There will be no exceptions to this. You will be dealing with heavy CAM reconciliations, staff payroll, month end close, working directly with company's CPA firm, as well as any other day to day accounting tasks required. You are the entire accounting team, so anyone interested must be comfortable with being a 1 person show. BA in Accounting is required. This role offers benefits, paid time off, end of the year holiday bonus, and a base salary up to $130k.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
CPA preferred
Real Estate industry experience required
