Description
As a Customer Review Response Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer reviews across various platforms such as social media, review websites, and other online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure that every customer review is addressed in a timely and professional manner, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor customer reviews across all relevant channels, including social media, review websites, and online marketplaces.
• Respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with customer service and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to products, services, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure customer feedback is taken into account in future product and service development.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Provide regular reports to management on customer review trends and response rates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, social media, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with social media management and customer service platforms.
• Familiarity with customer review platforms such as Yelp, Google Reviews, and Amazon Reviews.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
