Description
Seeking a Senior ACCOUNTANT with LATAM experience for a fantastic organization growing rapidly. The ideal candidate will have had years of exposure to the LATAM markets managing accounting and financial transactions as follows:
Responsibilities
Must have exposure to LATAM
Financial reporting
Bank, Credit card and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
General Ledger management
Journal Entries
Heavy Intercompany reconciliations
Financial statement prep and review work on all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Manage the corporates expenses
Support sales office accounting personnel
Must have experience with multiple currencies
Reconcile detail reports to the GL
Review all inventory and assets
Manage and Review all cash-flow activities
Experience with internal audit is needed for all LATAM entities
Will support with reviewing contracts and commitments for budgets, P/L and variance reporting
Monitor aged accounts along side AR Dept.
Internal Audit to processes for GAAP compliance

Requirements
Must be able to travel internationally
5+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
CPA preferred not required
