Description
Want to work for a company in the hospitality industry? The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail oriented, and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable & receivable, processing invoices, purchase matching, and other accounting office tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as candidate will communicate with both customers and vendors by both phone and email. Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Processing invoices
Purchase matching vendor invoices for payment
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Filing, mail, and other office tasks.

Requirements
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
3+ years of experience in related field preferred
M-F, Onsite 8am-5pm
