Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Miami, Florida
Description
We are working with a growing engineering firm in the doral area who is looking to add an accounts receivable (A/R) professional to the team!
Overview of duties:
Prepare aging reports, cash flow projections, and other financial reports related to accounts receivable.
Monitor aging reports and escalating past due accounts
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and maintain cash receipts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment transactions in the accounting system.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
