Robert Half is seeking a highly efficient and experienced Administrative Assistant to join a progressive organization. As the Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist in conference room scheduling and set up
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings
General office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, faxing documentation, and arranging catering for meetings
Assist in preparations for travel to include flight, car, and hotel arrangements
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Prepares confidential and non-confidential correspondence in a detail-oriented style and format
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
