AP Specialist (w NetSuite software required)
Requirements
NetSuite experience required
Accounts Payables
studies in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Bachelors or Associates)
Salary: up to $70,000 depending on level of experience

Schedule: M-F standard business hours; In office

The ideal candidate has experience with high volume Accounts Payable and NetSuite.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensures accurate and timely processing, coding and posting of invoices and payments
Performs check runs
Maintains data input into system and billing
Reviews vendor invoices and correspondence
Performs account reconciliations, resolves discrepancies and make adjustments
Follows compliance and processes on transactions of ACH wire and credit cards
Uploads back up documentation
Assists Accounting department with other tasks such as AR or special projects as needed
Requirements
NetSuite experience required
Accounts Payables
Studies in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Bachelors or Associates)
Strong knowledge of debits and credits
Use of Excel for spreadsheets
