Description
Florida law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Attorney to work remote, hybrid or in office in its downtown Miami office. This litigation attorney will have 3+ years' experience and will be responsible for handling diverse and challenging litigation cases in State and Federal courts and gaining hands-on litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation cases in State and Federal Courts
• Engage actively in depositions, hearings, and other litigation processes
• Work on diverse cases, providing solutions and strategies
• Research and writing
Law firm provides 1950 billables, full benefits, paid parking, 401k and an opportunity to work in a great environment on substantive litigation matters.
Requirements
• Member of the FL Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
