Description

The CRM Director will be responsible for developing and managing the company's email and loyalty marketing strategy. In this role you will improve the customer journey through CRM efforts that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline marketing workflows by leveraging automation

• Implement CRM campaigns across all channels

• Define, track, and measure KPIs

• Monitor all customer touchpoints and analyze customer behavior to create content for campaigns that are tailored for their specific interests

• Manage and execute the development of content calendars and campaigns including creating and segmenting lists, tagging links, coding emails, scheduling emails, and conducting A/B tests

• Analyze data and interpret campaign results to drive revenue, engagement, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• CRM and email content marketing experience

• Experience in user engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing

• Advanced experience using ESPs and Marketing Automation platforms
