Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Miami, Florida. The primary function of this role involves assisting customers through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails, and accurately inputting information into our system. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers over the phone to understand their queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Efficiently handle email correspondence with customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Accurately perform data entry tasks, inputting customer information into the system.

• Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the team.

• Maintain a high level of service by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and inquiries.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers' needs are met.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and generate reports.

• Ensure accurate order entry, making necessary corrections as required.

• Monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action as per company guidelines. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette

• Experience in a call center customer service role is essential

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high quality customer experiences

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Skilled in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required

• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing time and resources

• Familiarity with customer service software, with a focus on integrating technology into customer interactions

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
