Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in Miami, Florida
Description
We are in search for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics GP system. The successful candidate will ensure the system aligns with the company's business needs, manage upgrades, and provide training and support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the upgrade process of Microsoft Dynamics GP across various divisions
• Provide training and support for staff in using Microsoft Dynamics GP and related applications
• Ensure seamless integration and maintenance of the system to support business processes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align Dynamics GP with organizational goals
• Manage system migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business functions
• Maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics GP to effectively lead projects
• Utilize strong technical knowledge of Dynamics GP and SQL Server environments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Utilize CRM, Cloud Technologies, and other relevant skills to enhance business process functions
• Maintain knowledge of and utilize Cisco Technologies, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, and other relevant skills to optimize system performance
• Work with Azure SQL Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and other database technologies to ensure seamless operation of the ERP system
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing ERP integrations
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
• Understanding of CRM systems
• Ability to work with databases
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Experience in AB Testing
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience in Configuration Management
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database
• Understanding of Supply Chain Modules
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
• Excellent project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in ERP or related technologies would be an asset.
