Description

What you get to do every day
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, customers, and partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Conduct research, compile data, and provide recommendations to executives as needed.
• Manage and prioritize incoming email and correspondence, including responding to or forwarding messages as necessary.
• Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings, including making arrangements for catering, transportation, and lodging.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies and arranging for maintenance or repairs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
