The Desk Clerk role is primarily an administrative position with a strong emphasis on customer service. This is an excellent entry into the property management field with tremendous opportunity to learn and grow your career. Your attention to detail and organization will be utilized to assist with filing, preparing maintenance work orders, processing applications, completing income certifications and recertifications, preparing leases and performing minor data entry.
