We are currently seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of our financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing annual tax forms.

Responsibilities:

1) Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process. 2) Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger. 3) Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and invoices. 4) Reconcile bank statements and maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system. 5) Issue financial statements created by certified accountant. 6) Process payroll in a timely manner. 7) Conduct month-end and year-end closures. 8) Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1) Proven experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper. 2) Excellent understanding of accounting principles. 3) Solid proficiency with accounting software, databases and financial tools. 4) Advanced numerical skills and attention to detail. 5) Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. 6) Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
