General Office Clerk
Utilize your mastery of organization and social situations as a General Office Clerk who can keep everything in order. OfficeTeam is looking for a self-starter to fill this role immediately. This dynamic position will manage administrative support tasks like operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.
Exercise proper data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Offer a smile to incoming customers
Place and receive telephone calls
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
Provide front desk and receptionist support
Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Word experience preferred
Experience handling office equipment
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Command of Microsoft Excel
Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
