Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Miami, Florida

Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role revolves around providing high quality service and support to our customers via various channels such as phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving issues and questions related to our product, making recommendations to customers, and providing leadership and training for part-time and new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality service and support to customers via phone, chat, email, and our website

• Resolve issues and questions related to our product in a timely and efficient manner

• Make recommendations to customers based on their specific needs and circumstances

• Assist with miscellaneous projects and work as assigned, based on skill and business need

• Provide leadership and training for part-time and new hires

• Utilize Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for everyday tasks

• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow

• Leverage your problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer inquiries

• Ensure a thorough understanding of our products to provide accurate information to customers

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Deskside Support and handling Desktop Hardware

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with help desk software and remote access tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to learn new software and hardware quickly

• Excellent attention to detail
