Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic team in the Miami area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to contribute to a thriving organization and make a significant impact on various human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and enforce company policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Conduct employee orientations and training programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
