Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communications with candidates
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate resources
Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and development activities
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
