Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team located in Miami, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing support to our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will be involved in numerous aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.

• Take appropriate actions based on the monitoring of customer accounts.

• Utilize various software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time for efficient functioning.

• Conduct audits and background checks while ensuring adherence to Benefit Functions.

• Provide excellent customer service in resolving inquiries and issues. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is beneficial

• Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time is desirable

• Must possess auditing skills

• Experience in conducting Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is essential

• Exceptional Customer Service skills are required

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
