Description

Overview of duties:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports under the supervision of senior accountants.
Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports and variance analysis.
Support with payroll processing and expense management.
Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor of Accounting or Finance, preferred
Strong excel skills
Bilingual english and Spanish
