Our client's team is in accelerated growth mode and is looking to bring on a Marketing Insights & Strategy Analyst that can get the job done.
The role is a critical component in ensuring the health and growth of the company's brand and their client partners, and will be an integral part of the Strategy + Analytics team. The ideal candidate has had experience/exposure and interest in working and executing qualitative and quantitative primary consumer research studies. Individuals with a fundamental understanding of research methodologies and their applications, combined with a strong knack for partnership and fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities include:
− Assist in development and execution of research studies, leveraging a mix of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
− Day to day project management, survey development, data analysis and report and presentation development
− Assist in determining methodologies, sampling, and developing questionnaires
− Perform testing of newly developed surveys to identify branching and logical problems and other content
− Independently coordinates/communicates with external research vendors during all phases of research (proposal, design, execution, reporting) to ensure project deliverables/ deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
− Analyze data from research findings and create frequencies, crosstabs and charts in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
− Understanding of basic media and media measurement terms and methodologies
− Performs additional duties as needed, including general support across all projects and initiatives
− Bachelor’s degree required
− 1-3 years of relevant work experience on supplier or client side in a similar role
− Experience in both quant and qual research methodologies
− Excellent analytical skills
− Strong interpersonal and relationship skills; proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
− Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
− Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
− Ability to story-tell utilizing data and insights to influence and guide stakeholders and client partners
− Creative acumen, maturity, and enthusiasm
− Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
− Fluency/Proficiency in Spanish highly prefered
− Experience or exposure in a consumer insights function
− Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
− Self-directed and able to work independently but also able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented department
− Strong sense of project ownership and dedication to delivering outstanding results
