Description
We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will serve as a third line of defense, providing escalated support to our internal team and mentoring them in areas of technical expertise. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, and you will be working alongside a wide range of technologies and platforms, supporting multiple sites and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as an escalation point for the team, providing expert assistance and guidance when necessary
• Utilize a range of technologies including WMWare, Windows, MS Access, and the O365 suite
• Support the transition to Entra, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption
• Maintain authority over applications, domains, SSO, MFA, ADFS, and Exchange
• Support the use of D365 CRM, acting as a key point of contact for any issues or queries
• Provide support across a network of 65 sites, ensuring consistent and effective service
• Utilize knowledge of IaaS, Cisco for the network, and Citrix for the VDI to maintain and improve systems
• Use skills in Cisco Technologies, Database, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, and more to effectively perform duties
• Act in an advisory capacity for stakeholders, aiding in decision making and providing expert knowledge
• Exhibit strong skills in Configuration Management, ensuring systems are effectively set up and maintained
Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Database management
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Expertise in Linux Technologies
• Experience in AB Testing
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Understanding of Backup Technologies
• Proficiency in Computer Hardware
