Description
Robert Half is currently seeking Leasing Assistant who will be assisting with the following responsibilities. Candidates applying for this role must have previous experience in leasing.
Work consistently to optimize occupancy while maintaining established lease rents.
Process applications, ensuring that documentation is complete and meets company requirements.
Prepare lease and move-in packets, and maintain communication logs.
Review and process property invoices and resolve customer problems.
Promote the company's vision and demonstrate courteous communication and customer relations skills.
Requirements
· At least one year of leasing assistant experience
· Strong customer service experience
. Excellent communication skills
.Bilingual Spanish
· Strong sales background.
· Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Great communication skills and customer service!
