Description
Job Purpose: This position’s primary responsibility is to effectively maintain donor, volunteer, staff, and Board of Directors information in the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge to prepare reports and tax letters.
The Donor Database Specialist will organize and manage the donor information system to broaden and deepen support from individuals, corporate partners, and national and community partnerships. Support the fundraising plan and work collaboratively with other staff members by reporting and analyzing data, gift processing and acknowledgments, managing data import and entry, data extraction, data quality initiatives, and other related activities.
40 hours per week - must be willing to work a hybrid in-office schedule.
Requirements
Mandatory Two or more years of experience with Raisers Edge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with reporting and data analytics
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of donor information
Effective oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, maintain data accuracy, work with minimal supervision, and take initiative in making decisions.
Ability to effectively interact, work, and collaborate with people of various cultural backgrounds and promote an environment of inclusivity.
