Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity.
Oversee multiple office filing processes and provide general filing support.
Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to established procedures.
Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Assist administrative staff with overflow tasks, including word processing, data entry, and internet research.
Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked environment.
Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills to daily tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
Experience answering inbound calls and handling multi-line phone systems (1+ years preferred).
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills.
Upbeat, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
