As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support our business operations and meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and implement customizations and enhancements to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support business processes.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
Develop and execute unit tests, system tests, and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Salesforce solutions and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users as needed.
Document Salesforce configurations, customizations, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in Salesforce development roles, with a strong technical proficiency in Salesforce technologies.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification(s) preferred.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
