Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Miami Lakes, Florida

Description

We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst, located in Miami Lakes, Florida. This role involves providing critical support in a technical capacity, specifically in the realm of Microsoft support, end-user equipment, and O365. This role requires a balance of technical and soft skills, including the ability to understand and troubleshoot problems without jumping to conclusions. This role also requires significant client-facing interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Microsoft support to end users

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end user equipment

• Manage and maintain Office 365 applications and user accesses

• Use a balanced approach of technical and soft skills to understand and solve problems

• Avoid jumping to conclusions and ensure thorough problem analysis before solution implementation

• Engage in client-facing interactions, requiring strong soft skills

• Utilize knowledge in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support

• Leverage skills in Microsoft Office 365 to provide comprehensive support and problem resolution

• Experience in an MSP environment is beneficial but not a requirement for this role.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Competence in working with Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in handling Mac Computers

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware

• Ability to manage Configuration Management tasks

• Experience in Deployments

• Proven skills in Deskside Support

• Expertise in working with Microsoft Office 365

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple issues simultaneously

• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in desktop support.
