Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Miami Lakes, Florida
Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Desktop Support Analyst based in Miami Lakes, Florida. The role is primarily responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, focusing heavily on Microsoft support and end user equipment. With a significant part of the role requiring direct interaction with our clients, a balance of technical and soft skills is crucial.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Microsoft and O365 related issues
• Handle end user equipment, ensuring it functions optimally for the client's needs
• Understand and analyze the problem before suggesting solutions to avoid jumping to conclusions
• Use a range of technical skills including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 for various tasks and support
• Engage directly with clients, employing excellent soft skills to ensure a positive experience
• Work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, although prior experience in this area is not a prerequisite for the role
• Maintain and update client records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Citrix Technologies
• Proficiency in utilizing Dell Technologies
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft products and services
• Experience in managing Active Directory
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair
• Proficiency in Configuration Management
• Experience in handling Deployments
• Prior experience in providing Deskside Support
• Competence in using Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Proven track record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
