Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Miami Springs, Florida

Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Miami Springs, Florida. This role is embedded in the aviation industry and requires a focus on credit management, accounts management, and regular updating of the SAP system. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain precise records

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded

• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel skills to keep all financial data updated

• Perform monthly account reconciliation and close activities

• Handle cash applications and monitor cash activity regularly

• Manage collections and cash collections processes, ensuring timely receipt of payments

• Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer base

• Resolve any customer inquiries or disputes related to billing functions

• Employ Pivot Table and VLOOKUP functions in Excel to analyze and present financial data

• Ensure all accounting functions comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.

• Proficient in accounting functions and account reconciliation.

• Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Experience with billing functions and cash applications.

• Ability to handle cash activity and cash collections.

• Proficiency in SAP, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP.

• Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.

• Experience with cash reconciliations and month-end close.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
