Description
Miamisburg company is in need of a customer service professionals to join their team for open enrollment as a Program Advisor! As the Program Advisor you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introduce the prospective client to the program, entering lead information into the database to be sent to a Benefit Advisor, responding to email inquiries, recommending next steps, and scheduling lead appointment to meet with the Benefit Advisors. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, has excellent communication skills, is self-motivated and has great time management skills. This is a seasonal position working full-time hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. For more information please call 937-224-8326.
Requirements
5+ years of customer service experience
Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude
