Robert Half is seeking to Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client has an amazing culture and work/life balance!
Manage accounting records, recording all new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Discuss billing adjustments with clients and vendors
Ensure the accuracy of various types of payments (cash, online payments etc.)
Handle all customer accounts, check for outstanding debts, incorrect or incomplete information, or other problems
Track payments and manage all reminders, and contact customers if needed
Prepare all information needed for bills receivable calculation
Manage the issuing of customer account statements
Approving sales orders, review of billing schedules
Verify accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors
Record journal entries for all adjustments to billings
Prepare reports to company's executives and senior managers
Associate's Degree preferred
3+ years related Accounts Receivable/Billing experience
Ability to quickly assess issues and relevant information to make effective decisions
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Previous ERP experience
