Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in the thriving Energy/Natural Resources industry. The position is based in Middle River, Maryland, United States. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls in our dynamic call center environment. • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their inquiries to ensure satisfaction. • Efficiently navigate and gather necessary information using multiple computer systems and applications. • Maintain a customer-focused approach and demonstrate empathy while addressing customer concerns. • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company. • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies. • Utilize your strong multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively. • Leverage your detail oriented verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions. Requirements • Prior experience in a CSR or customer service role • Experience working in a call center • Knowledge and understanding of the energy/natural resources industry • Proficiency in handling customer queries and complaints • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using call center specific software and tools • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively • Excellent problem-solving skills • High level of patience and emotional intelligence • Willingness to work in shifts if required.
