This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Middle River, Maryland, and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement and offers quarterly bonuses for performance in addition to competitive pay $$$.

How you will make an impact

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements - Proven computer skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Communication experience highly preferred

  • Background working with Spanish Language

  • Expertise in customer service

  • Inbound Call Center experience

  • Adeptness in Previous Call Center

  • Call center experience

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Prior Call Center

  • Fast Paced Call Center experience

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Earlier work involving Spanish Translation

  • Call Center Customer Service experience desired

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
