It is a General Office Clerk role, which will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.
How you will make an impact
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Interface with customers in a friendly manner
Exercise prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying Requirements - Competent in handling office equipment
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended
Records maintenance experience
Microsoft Excel experience
Foundational knowledge in alphanumeric data entry
- Basic computer skills, including Word
