Description We are in search of a Financial Project Manager to join our team, based in Lakeville-Middleborough, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This role involves a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be entrusted with key responsibilities including data validation, testing support, documentation, and training. Responsibilities: • Execute data validation during system transitions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify discrepancies and facilitate smooth data migration • Provide hands-on support for integration testing cycles and business simulation • Assist in the creation and execution of test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues • Document test results and provide constructive feedback to the project management and IT teams • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing activities, including test scripts, scenarios, and outcomes • Ensure accurate records of testing progress are kept, in compliance with project standards and protocols • Review training materials related to the SAP S/4 FICO module and ensure they are clear and aligned with new processes • Provide instruction and support to end users and business stakeholders during training sessions to ensure comprehension of the new system • Use Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Business systems, Concur, CRM, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Billing Functions, Budget Processes, and SAP to perform the job function. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Project Manager • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Knowledge of Business systems • Experience with Concur and CRM • Ability to utilize 'About Time' software effectively • Understanding of Accounting Functions and Auditing • Experience with Billing Functions and Budget Processes • Proficiency with SAP • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
