Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Overnight Night Receptionist to join a company in Middleburg, VA. The Overnight Night Receptionist will ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift by managing the front desk, completing nightly financial and operations reports, and assisting guests as needed. The Overnight Night Receptionist position is looking to have someone start ASAP! Looking for someone comfortable working overnight M-F.

Requirements

• Possess at least one year of experience in a receptionist role or similar position

• Has no issue working overnight full time

• Proven experience with receptionist duties including managing phone calls and customer service

• Prior experience in a part-time receptionist role beneficial

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner

• Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries, providing accurate information to customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in using office equipment, including printers and fax machines

• Ability to maintain a neat and organized reception area

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
