Robert Half is searching for a Controller for a local organization! The ideal Controller will have experience working with month end owning the budgeting, full close process, reconciliations, financial reporting and financial statements, accruals, fixed assets, and Journal Entries. The desired Controller will be someone out of any industry but someone who is great at team building and mentoring staff as culture is very important for this role.
Role will have 3 hybrid days once trained!!!

Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting
Strong familiarity with month end closings
Expertise in financial statement preparation
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
Team building and mentorship
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a growth environment
