Description
We are in search of an Executive Assistant to be an integral part of our client's team located in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to our CEO and Senior Leadership, facilitating internal processes, and managing schedules and calendars.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership
• Manage and refine internal processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Handle scheduling and calendar management for the CEO and senior leadership
• Utilize QuickBooks desktop/online for various tasks, as required
• Assist in managing client relationships and accounts
• Handle communication with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of executive processes and procedures
• Participate in strategic planning and execution of organizational goals
• Oversee the completion of projects by coordinating resources and timetables
Requirements • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity within the service industry.
• Demonstrable skills in providing top-notch administrative assistance.
• Proficient in executive leadership and capable of managing diverse teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Adept at maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
• High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
