Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Middleton, Wisconsin

Description

Software developer on Madison's West Side is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work 16-24 hours per week. In this role, you would assist multiple departments, including HR, marketing, sales and accounting. You would also directly support the CEO. Over time, the expectation is that the position would become full-time, 40 hours per week. In the beginning, you would get to choose the hours you wanted to work, as long as they were during core business hours, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is highly desired! In this role, you would:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the CEO's calendar

  • Answer phones

  • Create Powerpoint presentations

  • Draft correspondence in Microsoft Word

  • Perform data entry in Excel

  • Respond to emails in Outlook

  • Help the HR Department with reviewing resumes and screening applicants

  • Assist the sales and marketing departments with various initiatives

  • Help the accounting department with projects

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of prior experience working in an office providing administrative support

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexibility with total number of hours worked in a week

  • Flexibility with tasks assigned/willingness to help wherever needed
