Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Middleton, Wisconsin
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Attorney/Lawyer with a focus on contract review and commercial contracts & logistics to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Middleton, Wisconsin. This role involves working with incomplete data and external clients, and some exposure to pet or consumer goods would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze a variety of legal contracts, particularly commercial contracts
• Address and resolve inquiries related to claims, ideally in marketing claims and advertising
• Engage with external clients, managing a book of business
• Utilize Case Management Software and Document Management systems to maintain accurate client records
• Leverage skills in Commercial Contracts and Contract Administration in daily tasks
• Use Adobe Acrobat for document processing and management
• Handle Claim Administration and Complaint Handling as part of consumer goods industries service
• Utilize knowledge in Apache and 3M systems for efficient task completion
• Participate in international business dealings, particularly with Latin America and APac regions.
This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge and experience in Case Management Software and Conveyancer.
• Demonstrated ability in Document Management and Briefing.
• Proven experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration.
• Proficient in Complaint Handling within the Consumer Electronics and Consumer Goods Industries.
• Must have experience in Commercial Contracts and Contract Administration.
• Knowledge of Apache is a plus.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
• Should have strong negotiation skills.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
