Robert Half is partnering with a reputable public accounting firm committed to delivering exceptional audit and assurance services. As an Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of our clients' businesses. You will be responsible for examining financial records, assessing internal controls, and providing valuable insights to help clients make informed decisions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to upholding industry standards will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Examine and analyze financial statements, transactions, and accounting records to identify discrepancies and areas of improvement.
Evaluate internal controls and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients and senior management clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the audit process is executed smoothly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting regulations, and emerging best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
1+ years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
