Description Attention Spanish speakers in the Baraboo/Wisconsin Dells area who have great customer service skills -- have we got a great position for you! Our client, a large engineering company in the Baraboo area, is looking to full-time a Customer Service Representative to provide quotes to customers on various electrical products. This position will coordinate with a team in Mexico, which is why fluency in Spanish is essential for success in the role. The company will train you from scratch on everything you need to know about their products and how to quote costs to customers. This position will be entirely in the office -- you will not have to travel to client sites. Note that this position is NOT remote; you would have to work on-site. This position is DIRECT full-time; there is no temporary period! The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Salary range is $55,0000 - $80,000/year, depending on experience! Job Responsibilities: -Providing excellent customer service to clients and inside sales team -Providing support to inside sales team -Training to learn about this company's technical and engineering products -Providing quotes to customers about costs of various products -Doing mathematical computations to come up with quotes for customers If you are interested, please email me your resume right away! Ability to learn new technology quickly
Prior experience providing excellent customer service
Adeptness in Detailed Technical Specifications
Interest in engineering and technology
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Critical thinking, problem solving, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
