Description
Our client seeks an Accounting Specialist with 3+ years experience in the below. This position is fully onsite and inventory experience is required.
Journal Entries:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory counts.
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.
Verify expense reports and reimbursement requests.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Journal Entries:
Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Billing:
Generate billing statements and reports for management.
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness.
Address billing inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
Accounts Receivable:
Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Reconcile payments received with outstanding balances.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience.
