Description

The Director of Finance will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the firm, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, and treasury management. This role will collaborate closely with the leadership team in shaping the company’s overall strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in finance and/or accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.

Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior financial management role.

• Strong experience with financial reporting, including Month End Close and Account Reconciliation.

• Ability to develop and manage an Annual Budget.

• Comprehensive understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Proficient in the use of financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in financial legislation and corporate governance best practices.

• CPA or other relevant qualification is preferred.

• High ethical standards and professionalism, with respect to confidentiality and privacy.

• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, as needed.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
