Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Bank - Independent industry. Do you want to apply your outgoing personality to further the benefit of a valuable business? This is the opportunity for you. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This could be the Midland, Texas Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

How you will make an impact

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service

  • General familiarity with data entry

  • Proven knowledge of Phone Inquiries

  • Inbound Telephone Calls experience

  • Deep understanding of Superior Customer Service

  • Resolve Customer Service experience required

  • Well-founded grasp of Phone Lines

  • Experience with Phone Etiquette

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
