Description
We are looking for a diligent HR Manager to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, while building partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service. You will also handle complex employee relations issues, guide HR policy, and participate in recruitment and termination processes.
Responsibilities:
• Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
• Build partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
• Conduct regular meetings with respective business units’ management and supervisory staff
• Handle complex employee relations issues including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Offer counseling services to employees and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
• Participate in recruitment and termination processes, including performing employee background checks and verifying information
• Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
• Conduct exit interviews and collect and analyze employee data
• Organize and update employee files as necessary
• Oversee employee orientation and training and undertake communications and interpersonal skills training.
Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Core HR systems
• Knowledge and experience in using About Time
• Experience in auditing and ensuring compliance in HR processes
• Ability to manage and execute benefit functions
• Proficiency in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Understanding of HR compliance requirements and regulations
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record in managing HR Information Systems effectively.
