Description Phone Banker needed for a financial insitution in Midland, Texas. This a contract / contract / temporary to permanent position that will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Client is looking to interview as soon as possible.
As the Phone Banker you will be responsible for:
Answer and respond to telephone calls from customers for problem resolution Account inquiries, Transfers calls to other staff Should the opportunity arise, to ensure the customer is in or aware of the appropriate bank product or service Maintain a working knowledge of all requisite computer software including subsequent software upgrades Read, understand and apply policies, procedures and product information to conduct basic research to resolve account questions from customers Maintain a detail oriented appearance and demeanor while talking with customers and other bank employees
