Description We are offering an exciting contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Midland, Texas. This role is with a company in the Energy/Natural Resources industry where the primary responsibilities will involve answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting with human resources tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as required
• Greeting guests and providing them with excellent customer service
• Assisting Human Resources with building and organizing employee files
• Data entry and email correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars using Microsoft Outlook
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Keeping reception area tidy and presentable
• Training on additional HR duties as required. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role in the Energy/Natural Resources industry
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with various levels of management and staff
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience in managing email correspondence in a professional setting
• Proven ability to organize files and maintain an orderly work environment
• Skilled in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
• Must have legal right to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship
