Robert Half Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Midvale, Utah

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the E-Business/Commerce industry. Based in Midvale, Utah, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing the compensation and benefits functions of our organization. This role is predominantly focused on claim administration, auditing, and communication within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs

• Maintain CRM systems for efficient operation and record-keeping

• Manage the auditing process to ensure compliance and accuracy in compensation and benefits

• Conduct regular Cobra administration and resolve any issues that arise

• Process compensation and benefits claims and handle any disputes

• Communicate effectively with employees about their compensation and benefits

• Ensure all compensation and benefits operations adhere to legal requirements

• Regularly review and update company policies regarding compensation and benefits

• Handle any compensation and benefits inquiries from employees

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operations. Requirements • Proven experience in the E-Business/Commerce industry

• Demonstrated skills in CRM and Auditing

• Proficiency in handling Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra Administration

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance related to compensation and benefits

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments

• Strong analytical skills for assessing compensation and benefits data

• Proficiency in using compensation and benefits related software and tools

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

• Relevant certification in Compensation and Benefits would be a plus.
